Government, Public Sector & Protective Coatings

Painting, corrosion-control, and specification-driven coating support for public facilities, infrastructure, and government contractors across NJ, NY, PA, CT, DE, and MD.

Protective Coatings for Steel & Critical Surfaces

Public-sector work is not always wall paint. Steel, equipment supports, exposed structures, and high-wear surfaces may require a coating system selected around corrosion protection, surface condition, inspection, and the actual project specification.

Our recent field work included rooftop steel preparation and a Sherwin-Williams Protective & Marine Zinc Clad 4100 system: a three-component, organic zinc-rich polyamide epoxy primer applied over properly prepared steel. We do not name private clients or projects. We show the process: clean steel, controlled prep, multi-component mixing, and uniform protective coverage.

Systems We Can Scope When the Specification Calls for Them

  • Zinc-rich organic and inorganic primers for properly prepared steel
  • Epoxy primers, high-build epoxies, and compatible polyurethane topcoats
  • Protective and marine coating systems for corrosion-control environments
  • Direct-to-metal and specialty steel coating systems where approved by the project documents
  • CARC and military-spec coating systems only when the contract specifies the exact formula, manufacturer data, safety controls, required qualifications, and project approvals

Important: a military or government coating is never treated as ordinary paint. The governing specification, product data, required surface preparation, coat sequence, DFT, cure schedule, inspection, and acceptance requirements control the job.
