Our Equipment & Surface Prep Fleet

Professional-grade painting, surface preparation, dust control, and spray equipment — because surface prep determines finish quality.

📸 Equipment photos coming soon — we are photographing our actual tools on active job sites. Below are the tools we use every day with links to manufacturer product pages for detailed specifications.

1. Surface Prep & Dust Control

  • Festool Rotex RO 150 FEQ — Dual-mode rotary/random orbital sander. Aggressive removal for heavy stripping and paint prep. Gear-driven mode cuts through coatings; random orbital mode produces fine finish-ready surfaces.
  • Festool DTS 400 REQ — Delta sander for detail work. Reaches corners, edges, and confined spaces. Used for scuff sanding between coats and precise surface preparation on trim, doors, and frames.
  • Festool Planex — Drywall and ceiling sanding system. Extended reach for overhead work. HEPA-connected for dust-controlled operation during drywall finishing and surface leveling.
  • Festool CT 36 AC HEPA Extractor — AutoClean HEPA dust extractor. Automatically cleans the main filter during operation to maintain constant suction. Captures 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns.
  • Festool Granat Abrasives — High-performance abrasive sheets in 60, 80, 120, 150, and 220 grits. Long-life abrasive for paint prep, between-coat sanding, and finishing.
  • ZipWall Containment System — Spring-loaded dust barrier poles. Creates temporary containment walls to isolate work areas from occupied spaces. Used with plastic sheeting for dust and debris control.
  • Air Scrubbers — HEPA-filtered negative air machines. Capture airborne dust particles during sanding and prep. Maintain air quality in occupied commercial environments.

2. Spray Equipment

  • TriTech T9 Airless Sprayer — High-output industrial airless pump. Handles high-build coatings, elastomerics, and block fillers. Built for large-scale commercial and exterior production work.
  • Titan 440 Airless Sprayer — Versatile mid-size airless sprayer. Ideal for trim, doors, fine-finish interior painting, and smaller production runs. Consistent pressure control for uniform application.
  • Titan Backpack Sprayer — Portable, battery-powered sprayer. Used for floor coatings, commercial prep, and tight-access areas where a full cart sprayer is impractical.
  • HVLP Turbine System — High-volume low-pressure fine finish system. Used for cabinets, millwork, furniture, and specialty coatings requiring a controlled, low-overspray application pattern.

3. Pressure Washing & Cleaning

4. Access & Jobsite Support

  • Commercial Painting Van — Mobile shop with organized tool and material storage. Equipment secured, labeled, and ready for rapid deployment to tri-state project sites.
  • Baker Scaffold — Portable rolling scaffold for interior and exterior work. Adjustable platform height. Stable working surface for ceiling, wall, and high-access painting.
  • Erecta-Rack System — Modular door and cabinet drying rack. Holds doors and cabinet components during spraying and drying. Prevents damage and ensures even coating cure.
  • Masking & Protection Gear — Professional-grade painters tape, masking film, floor protection rolls, and surface coverings.
  • Professional Brushes, Rollers & Hand Tools — Quality applicators for cut-in, trim work, and areas where spray application is not appropriate.

5. Why This Matters

  • Better surface prep — Professional sanding and dust control means coatings bond properly and last longer.
  • Cleaner occupied-space work — HEPA filtration and containment protect your facility, employees, and customers during active projects.
  • Controlled dust — HEPA-assisted dust extraction captures particles at the source — not eliminated, but managed to professional standards.
  • Better finish quality — The right spray equipment and abrasives produce consistent, uniform coatings across every surface.
  • Faster production — Industrial airless sprayers and efficient prep tools reduce project duration without sacrificing quality.
  • Professional closeout — Organized tool systems, clean jobsites, and proper equipment maintenance reflect the professionalism clients and GCs expect.
