HEPA-Assisted Dust Control

Our surface preparation process uses Festool HEPA dust extraction systems — including the Planex for drywall and ceiling sanding, the Rotex RO 150 for heavy removal, and the CT 36 AC AutoClean extractor — to control airborne dust during sanding and prep work. Combined with ZipWall containment and air scrubbers, we protect occupied spaces, sensitive equipment, and finished surfaces during every phase of work.

Occupied Space Protection

When working in active offices, retail stores, medical facilities, or institutional spaces, containment and dust control are non-negotiable. We seal off work areas, maintain negative air pressure where needed, and protect floors, furniture, and equipment throughout the project.
